At Kembang Kacang Designs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Once approved, we will send return instructions and the shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos/video of the issue
  • Order number
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original for a refund and place a new order.

  • Custom/personalized products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse
